How to use theme and style in Microsoft word 2016.
In this lesson, we will learn Applying theme and style is one of your main goals. when you create a document in Microsoft word 2016 for easy to read and to achieve optimum readability. You should use a consistent look and feel and the easiest way to get this use theme and style.

Applying themes and Quick Styles to a document.
Click on File back view.
You notice that they are a number of themes are displayed as follow.
As you scroll down you would see more template/themes.
Note: the theme is also called template.
Select any one of them just I am select here.
After select it a box will be displayed like below.
Click on create to create a new document.
A new template has been created.
When you click on Design tab.
Click on Theme option you see below screen. After clicking theme options number of choices will be display select any option when you select any option you notice that your background theme will be changed. You also notice that numbers of style sets of the theme display with theme option like below.
Applying Style on the text.
Type some text.
Select any style from above screen.
That style will be applied.
Creating styles and Quick Styles.
When you decide them to format the document and take the advantage quick style which is available in style group.
You want to reformat something for doing you can create your own style or modify existing.
First Type Some Text.
This is testing.
1 select Title from Style Group.
Font Style should be Times New Roman and also use capitalized style.
Click on style group expand arrow.

Right click any style.
