How to Use Paragraph Formatting in Microsoft Word.

Changing paragraph alignment and justification.
Select the entire paragraph.
Use any following options for the paragraph.
There are four options that are used with Paragraph alignment.
1- Align Left Ctrl+L.
The paragraph starts from the left-hand side.
2- Align center Ctrl+E.
The paragraph starts from center side.
3- Align Right Ctrl+R.
Text Starts from the Right-hand side.
4- Justify Ctrl+J.
Using justify alignment you can keep equal all lines of the paragraph.
Justify alignment is used to keep all lines equal of the entire paragraph and it has also 04 options.
1- Justify.
2- Justify Low.
3- Justify Medium.
4- Justify High.
Justify: it is used normally.
Justify Low means it provides spaces between the words of the paragraph.
Justify Medium: it also provides spaces between the words of the paragraph, but it provides more spaces than Justify Low.
Justify High: it also provides spaces between the words of the paragraph but it provides more spaces than Justify High.
Adjusting line spacing.
When you click on Line and Paragraph button on Home Tab you will see the following options.
1.0, 1.15, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0.
When you select any options from above than Space between the lines of paragraphs will be adjusted.
When you click on Line Spacing Options or following image than A Paragraph Dialogue Box will be displayed.
Line spacing can also be used here:
Manually you can put spacing.
Add Space Before Paragraph & Add Space After Paragraph.
Applying borders and shading on the paragraph.
Select paragraph.
Use any option from the following image.
Apply Shading on Paragraph.
Using Border and Shading Dialogue Box.
When you click on Borders and Shading than Borders and Shading Dialogue box will be displayed.
Borders:
Select paragraph.
Select any border from setting,
Style: Give any style to the paragraph.
Color: Give any color to the paragraph.
Width: Give any width size to paragraph.
