Open PowerPoint program.
To give the name to Presentation.
Close the Presentation.
Open the Presentation.
Update or save the work into Presentation
Creating a presentation from a template or theme.
Changing the themes.
Click on Design Tab.
Select any Theme.
The theme will be applied to all slides.
Adding a header and footer.
You can add header and footer to slide. You can also insert Data & Time & Slide Number.
Slide: If you will click on the slide then all options will be applied to the slide.
Notes and Handouts: mean all options will be applied on within Notes and Handouts.
Adding and removing slides.
Click on Home tab:
Duplicate the Slide.
You can delete the slide from the keyboard.
Select the slide.
hit the delete key from the keyboard.
Copy the Contents.
You can also copy the contents from other programs like Word and paste into MS-PowerPoint.
Changing the slide layout.
Click on Home Tab.
Organizing slides into the section.
There are two kinds of sections inside and outside.
Logically insert/creating sections in presentations.
Inside can be inserted with the new slide.
Slide sorter mode.
Rearranging the slides.
Click and drag the slide where you want to keep top or bottom.
If you want to move more than one slide than holding down the shift key and drag top or bottom.
You can also drag sections like slides.
