When we work on the web project, we have to careful because it is important of file size.
see its file size ( the downside of the picture).
If you keep minimum to the minimum size of the picture in the web project then your file will be uploaded easily.
For printing purposes, we observe quality but not size.
PSD is an original file format of Adobe PhotoShop.
Another famous file format.
Jpeg, gif, tif.
Jpeg is the best file format. (Web).
Gif and tif are best for printing purpose.
Creating the Canvas:
New (New Project).
Desirable Height & Width according to your project requirement.
72 for the web.
300 for printing purposes.
When you create the new file you see a dialogue box. There is a resolution option.
For The Web.
72 Pixels/ inch.
Printing (Logo, brochures, billboard, project, or requirement).
300 Pixels/ inch.
Screen==> RGB (Red Green Blue).
Printing==>CMYK(Cyan Magenta Yellow Black).
